Mission
To provide a positive and energetic learning environment for
student-athletes and coaches. To assist every student athlete and
varsity team in achieving a maximum athletic performance level,
while preparing them for success during competition within NCAA
Division III collegiate athletics.
Philosophy
Our number one goal at Endicott is to provide each
student athlete an opportunity to stay injury free and improve
specific sport performance by incorporating flexibility, resistance
training, explosiveness, and speed and agility into every workout.
Secondly, we want to establish a culture which will promote the
total development of the individual. We will promote discipline,
character, self-confidence and mental fortitude within each student
athlete and team to afford them the opportunity to be successful on
or off the playing fields.
