BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott club women's rugby student-athletes Nicole McCardle (Castleton, Vt.) and Amanda Poulin (Turner, Maine) have been selected to the Colonial Coast Rugby Conference (CCRC) All-Star squad that will compete in the second annual National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) All-Star 7s competition from January 19-20, 2019 in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The event, which has expanded from eight to 12 sides this year, will serve as a major selection venue for the NSCRO All-Star 7s team. That select side will play in Las Vegas and CRC 7s later in the year.

McCardle and Poulin were two of 12 student-athletes selected to the CCRC All-Star squad among nine teams. McCardle and Poulin earned their respective spots on the All-Star squad after competing in the Cianci 7s Memorial Collegiate Tournament on November 19, 2018.

Endicott posted a 6-1 overall record (4-1 conference) and appeared in the CCRC Championship.
