Beverly, MA--Endicott College freshman, Meghan Hall was named Co-Player of the Week, as announced by the Commonwealth Coast Conference. Hall helped the Gulls win an opening-round playoff game last night against Regis College.
The Santa Cruz, CA native set a school single-match record for assists with 55 during a match against Plymouth State. In a win against Newbury, Hall bettered the school mark for service aces with 10 during the match.
In last nights' 3-0 quarterfinal victory against the Regis Pride, the Gulls built an early lead with the help of Halls' service runs. In game one, she went on an 8-0 service streak, and a 13-0 run in game two. The rookie picked up another double-double with 34 assists and 12 digs.
As the \#1 seed in the CCC playoffs, EC hosts cross-town rival, Gordon College (5th seed) this Thursday at 7pm.
