    • Steve Morganelli Named CCC Baseball Player Of The Week

    BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott senior outfielder Steve Morganelli (Milford, Mass.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Baseball Player of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.

    CCC WEEKLY RELEASE

    BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott graduate student outfielder Steve Morganelli (Milford, Mass.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Baseball Player of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today. 

    In a 3-2 week for the Gulls, Morganelli had hits in four of Endicott's five contests last week, including two multi-hit games against Gordon to earn a spot in the CCC Championship Series. Overall, he posted a .471/.583/.824 slash line to go along with six runs, three triples, seven RIB, five walks, and four stolen bases. 

    WHAT'S NEXT 

    Second-seeded Endicott (25-17) will play the winner of No. 1 Salve Regina and No. 5 Nichols in the CCC Championship Series (best-of-three) on Friday, May 12 and Saturday, May 13 at the highest remaining seed. Times for the CCC Championship Series will be determined later this week.
