KYLE GRABOWSKI | GR. | DH | CSC ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICA FIRST TEAM
Grabowski returned to Coach Haley's squad for a graduate season in 2025 after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Engineering in 2024. He graduated with a 3.87 grade-point average (GPA) in 2024, which gave him Cum Laude honors at Commencement.
This past year, he began his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project and Construction, and again posted an outstanding GPA of 3.95.
He is a member of Endicott's distinguished Mortar Board society, which serves as the College-wide honor society throughout all schools.
Earlier this season, he donned Conference of New England (CNE) Scholar Athlete of the Year honors. He is also a 3x Academic All-Conference Honoree and was featured on the 2023 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-Region squad. During his undergraduate years, he was a Dean's List member in seven of his eight collegiate semesters.
In addition to his impressive performance in the classroom, Grabowski has also completed a breadth of real-world experience throughout his time at Endicott. In Fall 2023, he served his senior year 448 hour internship with South Essex Sewer District in Salem, Mass. as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Intern. He also completed his senior year capstone project by providing restoration updates to Lawrence South Canal, which included designing a gate plug with professional engineers to stop water from leaking toward nearby businesses.
Grabowski is the first student-athlete in program history to be named as a First Team Academic All-American. These are his first career Academic All-America honors.
DANNY MACDOUGALL | SR. | OF | CSC ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICA THIRD TEAM
MacDougall turned in another huge season for the Gulls on the field in 2025, shattering program records such as the stolen base record (107), highest career on-base percentage (.466), and the runs scored record (186).
However, his success at Endicott extended far beyond the field and into the classroom as well as his commitment to many extracurricular clubs and activities.
MacDougall graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Finance in this past spring, all while posting an exemplary 3.91 GPA.
He would frequently be seen around campus with his duties as a Resident Assistant (RA), his involvement with Endicott's LEAD program, peer tutoring with fellow students in the Endicott Tutoring and Writing Center, and also with his Sigma Beta Delta honors society.
Additionally, he made sure to carve time out of his schedule to help train young baseball athletes and help them improve upon their respective skills.
He completed his senior year internship with Cummings Properties in Woburn, Mass., where he facilitated in leasing and day-to-day operations with the company.
MacDougall also completed an internship after his sophomore year with 3XL Sports Management. With the company, he completed various projects for a professional representation and consulting company who feature more than 20 clients across the National Football League (NFL).
This spring, MacDougall earned Endicott Athletics' 2024-2025 Student-Athlete of the Year honors. He was also named the Conference of New England's (CNE) 2025 Player of the Year, a Third Team America Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) All-American, and a First Team All-Region honoree.
These are his first career CSC Academic All-America honors.
