BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott football team will open up its 2019 season at home against Framingham State University on Friday, September 6 at 7 PM. Here's a preview of this week's contest.

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

• The all-time series between Endicott and Framingham State is tied up at 7-7 headed into Friday's tilt.
• Framingham State enters this week's game as the preseason favorite in the 2019 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Coaches Poll. (PRESEASON POLL).
• Both teams will feature a D3football.com preseason All-American on Friday night in Framingham State tight end Jacob Maher (Marshfield, Mass.) and Endicott kicker Nick DiCairano (Trumbull, Conn.).
• The Rams finished second in the MASCAC in points per game (32.9) and points per game allowed (19.9) last year.
• Framingham State's roster features 48 freshmen, including four in the projected starting lineup.

Endicott hosts Rochester (N.Y.) on Saturday, September 14 at 12 PM. Framingham State visits Brockport State next Saturday at 12 PM.
