Field Hockey Earns NFHCA National Academic Team Award

2016 ZAG Field Hockey / NFHCA Division III National Academic Team Award Release

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott field hockey team has been honored with the 2016 ZAG Field Hockey/NFHCA Division III National Academic Team Award as announced today by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) office.

The National Team Academic Award recognizes those institutions that achieved a Team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the first semester of the 2016-17 academic year.

Endicott was one of six Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) schools to earn this distinction and was named to the list for the 10th year in a row.

The Gulls (11-9, 9-3 CCC) made the team's sixth-straight appearance in the CCC Semifinals and had 11 student-athletes named to the CCC Academic All-Conference Team this season.
