Hicks Receives CNE Offensive Player of Week
BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott field hockey student-athlete Reagan Hicks (Barnstable, Mass.) has earned Conference of New England's (CNE) Offensive Player of the Week honors, as announced by the league office on Monday.
Hicks led Endicott to a 2-0 (1-0 CNE) week against Wellesley (5-0) and Roger Williams (2-1) behind a 9-point effort (4g, 1a).
The senior started the week against Wellesley with her first career hat-trick and an assist to help the Gulls improve to 14-1.
Followed up in a matchup versus fellow undefeated CNE foe Roger Williams by scoring the game-winning goal in the third period to give Endicott a 2-1 lead. The goal gave her 101 career points as the Blue and Green remained undefeated in conference play and pushed the winning streak to 15, which ties a program record.
This is Hicks' second Offensive Player of the Week award this season (9/8) and her third career weekly award (9/18/23).
