Swanson Named CSC Second-Team Academic All-American
BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott field hockey senior forward Tori Swanson (Farmington, Conn.) has been named a College Sports Communicators (CSC) Second Team Academic All-American, the organization announced on Tuesday afternoon.
The CSC Academic All-Americans are voted on and chosen by members of the College Sports Communicators organization from around the country. The criteria for an Academic All-American is weighed by both their on-field production as well as their academic success in the classroom.
Swanson becomes the first Field Hockey student-athlete in program history to be named an Academic All-American. The honor comes after she was named to the 2026 CSC All-District First Team earlier this year.
On the field, the Farmington, Conn, native scored 25 goals and had eight assists for 58 points. She wrapped up her career ranking first all-time in points (191), goals (86), and goals per game (1.11) along with second in points per game (2.48) and third in game-winning goals (15).
For her outstanding season she was named to the 2025 NFHCA All-America Second Team, 2025 NFHCA All-Region First Team, 2025 NFHCA Senior Team, 2025 CNE Scholar Athlete of the Year, and 2025 All-CNE First Team.
In the classroom, Swanson, a sport management major, earned her bachelor's degree in May after graduating with a 3.95 GPA.
During her time at Endicott, she completed internships with the University of Connecticut, Hartford Athletic, and the Pingree School.
In addition, Swanson has assisted in numerous community service projects. Some of those projects include working with the Jimmy Fund and Build a Bed. She was also a member of the Endicott Best Buddies Club.
