Ricky Carballo Named CCC Rookie Of The Week
BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott freshman forward Ricky Carballo (Keller, Texas) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league earlier today.
BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott freshman forward Ricky Carballo (Keller, Texas) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league earlier today.
In the Gulls' 9-2 victory over Tufts University last Tuesday, Carballo dished out two assists, including the secondary helper on Endicott's game-winner.
Overall on the season, Carballo has scored five goals and dished out nine assists for 14 points. He currently ranks tied for eighth among all NCAA Division III freshmen in points per game at 1.00 and first in the CCC.
NOTES
- This is Carballo's second career CCC Rookie of the Week award (11/5/18, 1/14/19).
