Men's Ice Hockey Tops Nichols, 7-1
BEVERLY Mass. – The Endicott men's ice hockey team opened up its 2020-21 abbreviated season with a 7-1 victory over Nichols, on Sunday afternoon at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.

BEVERLY Mass. – The Endicott men's ice hockey team opened up its 2020-21 abbreviated season with a 7-1 victory over Nichols, on Sunday afternoon at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.
After the Bison went ahead, 1-0, The Gulls scored seven unanswered goals to come away with the win.
On the scoresheet for Endicott was, Connor Beatty (Concord, N.H.), Jake Simons (Coral Springs, Fla.), Matt Giroux (Bedford, N.H.), Svet Kuchynski (Minsk, Belarus), and Zach Mazur (Lancaster, N.Y.).
In net, Conor O'Brien (Pinellas Park, Fla.) made 22 saves, and Elijah Harris (Haverhill, Mass.) made four saves.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Dating back to last season, The Gulls have now won 16 games in a row and eight in a row at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.
- Beatty's goals were the first in his Endicott career.
- The Blue and Green had nine different skaters earn at least one point in the win.
- Endicott is now 10-4-0 in the all-time series against Nichols. The Gulls have won the last seven over the Bison.
