BIDDEFORD, Maine. — The Endicott men's lacrosse team bested the University of New England (UNE), 16-9, in Conference of New England (CNE) action on Tuesday night at Blue Bolt Field.
Nick Graap (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) led all scorers with five goals and added an assist for six points in the convincing win.
Adam Priest (Billerica, Mass.) and Tommy Tyksinski (Guilderland, N.Y.) both added hat-tricks as well. Tyksinski finished with four assists as well to give him seven points in the contest.
Meanwhile, Manny Marshall (Chelmsford, Mass.) and Joseph Tumolo (Mahopac, N.Y.) rounded out the multi-goal scorers with two apiece as Shane Dean (Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.) scored a solo tally.
In goal, Gio Panicola (Long Beach, N.Y.) registered a game-14 saves to improve his record to 7-3. Travis Foster (Wells, Maine) went 16-27 at the faceoff "X."
Tied 2-2 at the end of the first quarter, the Gulls used an 11-5 run over the next two quarters to break the game open and take a 13-7 lead heading to the fourth.
From there Endicott outscored the hosts 3-2 to secure the first road conference win of the season, 16-9.
BEYOND THE BOX
- Endicott is now 33-2 all-time against UNE
- Tyksinski's four assists and seven points are both career-highs for a game.
- Fifth game this season with 10 or more save for Panicola
- Marshall's four multi-goal game of the season.

Endicott (7-3, 3-0 CNE) travels to Wentworth on Friday, April 3 at 7 PM. UNE (3-8, 0-3 CNE) visits Johnson & Wales on Saturday, April 4 at 12 PM.
