    CANTON, Mass. — The No. 3 nationally ranked Endicott men’s rugby team posted a 4-1 record at the National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) Qualifiers on Saturday evening at the Irish Cultural Center.

    CANTON, Mass. — The No. 3 nationally ranked Endicott men's rugby team posted a 4-1 record at the National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) Qualifiers on Saturday evening at the Irish Cultural Center.

    The Gulls defeated Connecticut State University (54-0), Ithaca (43-5), Mass. Maritime (39-0), and Springfield (36-5) before falling to Babson in the NCR Regional Qualifiers championship by a 14-5 score.

    Today's championship match between Babson and Endicott served as a rematch of the NCR 7s Nationals Third Place match from last season. The Beavers won that contest, 24-5.

    Endicott will compete in the CCRC Playoffs on Saturday, April 15.
