Doody nets ECAC Player of the Week

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott College freshman \#Colin Doody\# (Wethersfield, Conn.) has been named the ECAC Offensive Player of the Week for Division III after leading the Gulls to a 2-0 mark in last week’s contests. On Tuesday, Doody was also named The Commonwealth Coast Conference’s Offensive Player and Rookie of the Week.
In last week’s games, Doody opened up play by scoring a pair of goals and handing out an assist in a 4-1 win over Maine-Farmington, and followed that up by converting the game-winning goal on a penalty kick in the 105th minute to seal a 1-0 win over Western New England College. The Gulls currently sit at 3-4 and 2-1 in the TCCC behind Doody’s team leading 13 points on five goals and three assists.
\#Colin Doody\# and the Endicott College Gulls return to action on Saturday when they travel to Biddeford, Maine for a conference matchup with the University of Maine at 1:30 p.m.
