The Gulls set the tone early in
the match by scoring the game’s first goal in the
17th minute. Junior defender \#Christopher Serpa\#
(Bristol, R.I.) sent a pass right to left into the box to Elia who
was left wide open for a shot. Elia’s shot hit the

halftime.

until sophomore midfielder \#Brian Connery\# (Boxford, Mass.) hit a
header pass to Elia who struck the ball to the lower right corner
of the net, putting the Gulls up 2-0.

three saves in the second half of the match while Endicott goalie

the shutout.
