Couchot Earns CCC Weekly Honors for Men's Soccer
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has released their weekly awards and freshman Conner Couchot (Mason, Ohio) of the men’s soccer team earned his first Rookie of the Week honor of his career. Endicott went 1-0 this past week as they blanked CCC opponent Salve Regina in a 1-0 victory. Endicott currently sits at 7-6-2 (2-2-2 CCC) as they look forward to Wednesday, October 22nd as they host Curry for senior day.

Couchot posted another strong week for the Gulls in their lone game. The rookie posted his first career goal in a Blue and Green uniform in the 1-0 victory over conference opponent Salve Regina. Couchot tallied the game winner in the 31st minute after teammate, junior, Shintaroh Itoh (Tokyo, Japan) sent a corner kick up top where Couchot was able to jump up over two Seahawk defenders for the header.
Couchot has played almost every minute in the midfield for the Blue and Green this season. He currently has one goal and one assist with one game winner on the season.
