BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men's soccer team fell to Wentworth, 1-0, on Saturday night in a conference matchup at Hempstead Stadium.
Tied 0-0 late in the second half, Griffin Price (Allendale, N.J.) slotted the game-winner at the 87:33 mark to lift Wentworth past Endicott. Price scored the game-winner via a low shot from a tough angle near the right post working a give-and-go with Kaleb Gebremeskel (Georgetown, Texas) at the top right corner of the box.
Meanwhile, Robbie West (Weymouth, Mass.) made three saves to push his record to 5-6-0 on the season.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Despite the loss, Endicott still holds a 14-9-2 advantage in the all-time series.
- Wentworth picked up its first road win of the season (1-6-1).
