    BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott freshman forward Conor Rooney (Monroe, Conn.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.

    BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott freshman forward Conor Rooney (Monroe, Conn.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.

    Rooney started his collegiate career by scoring in his first game as Endicott defeated MIT in a 3-2 victory on Saturday (Sept. 3). 

    Rooney opened the game's scoring when he found the back of the net in the 30th minute. 

    The win was Gull's first win of the season.

    Endicott (1-1-1) hosts Albertus Magnus on Thursday, September 8 at 7 PM.
