Madruga brings over 20 years of coaching and playing experience with him to The Nest.

As a player, Madruga was a member of the professional soccer team Associação Portuguesa de Desportos, a semi-pro CSL Champion, and a member of the Manchester United academy program.

Meanwhile, as a coach, Madruga has mentored numerous athletes at the semi-professional, high school, club, and youth levels winning division titles and state championships over his 10-plus-year career.

Madruga obtained his Bachelor of Science in Sport & Movement Science with a concentration in Sport Management from Salem State University in 2012.

He also holds a national coaching diploma from the National Coaches Association of America.
