Robert Tabbed NECC Player Of The Week
BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott men’s volleyball junior outside hitter Rafa Robert (San Juan, Puerto Rico) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Player of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.
BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott men's volleyball junior outside hitter Rafa Robert (San Juan, Puerto Rico) has been named the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Player of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.
Robert was dominant for the Gulls in their 3-0 week (2-0 NECC) against Eastern Nazarene and Nichols.
Overall, on the week, Robert compiled 2.86 kills per set (20 total) and a .471 hitting percentage in addition to four service aces, five digs, and one block assist.
His best match of the week came in match one of Endicott's doubleheader versus Eastern Nazarene on March 24. In that match, Robert took over posting 12 kills on 16 swings for a .688 hitting percentage alongside three service aces, three digs, and his lone block assist.
