BOSTON, Mass. – The No. 8 nationally ranked Endicott men’s volleyball team lost to Wentworth, 3-2, by scores of 25-21, 24-26, 25-22, 13-25, and 16-18 on Wednesday night.

Bryn Lipton (Rockford, Ill.) tied for the match-high in kills with 21 on 46 swings (.261).
Rafa Robert (San Juan, Puerto Rico) also added 11 kills, while Gabe Felicetti (Charlestown, R.I.) chipped in with 10 on 20 swings (.300).
Gabe DeBenedetto (Rockford, Ill.) facilitated the offense via a season-high 41 assists (.347) and Vance Mallory (Playa del Rey, Calif.) highlighted the defense with a career-high (tied) 11 digs.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Tonight's match featured 28 ties and 11 lead changes (1st Set 0-0 | 2nd Set 8-5 | 3rd Set 7-2 | 4th Set 1-0 | 5th Set 12-4).
- Set five saw ties at 14-14, 15-15, and 16-16 before Wentworth pulled away via a kill and an Endicott attack error.
- Robert went 30-for-32 on serve-receive (.938) and saw 13 of his receptions lead to kills (.406).
- Despite the loss, Endicott still holds a 24-10 advantage in the all-time series against Wentworth.

No. 8 Endicott (5-3) hosts Northern Vermont-Johnson for a pair of matches on Saturday, April 3 at 1/3 PM, respectively. Wentworth (5-1) travels to Lasell this Saturday for a 1 PM match.
