NECC CHAMPIONSHIP: No. 1 Endicott Hosts No. 2 Nichols On Saturday (3 PM)

BEVERLY, Mass. – The first-seeded Endicott men's volleyball team (17-6) is set to host second-seeded Nichols (15-11) in the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Championship on Saturday, April 9 at 3 PM. Here's a preview of the matchup.

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Endicott is 8-0 all-time against Nichols.
• The Gulls enter Saturday's matchup as the two-time defending NECC Champion.
• The Bison will make their first-ever NECC Championship appearance this weekend.
• Nichols defeated third-seeded Eastern Nazarene, 3-2, on Thursday night to advance to Saturday's title match.
• Six Bison were recognized on the NECC All-Conference squad, highlighted by Rookie of the Year Dylan Knapp (Wethersfield, Conn.), and All-NECC First Teamers Ray Wang (Chengdu, China) and Tanner Soracco (Oxford, Conn.).

WHAT'S NEXT

The winner of the NECC Championship will earn the conference's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament, which begins on Saturday, April 16.
