Endicott Tip-Off All-Tournament Team Announced

BEVERLY, MA - EC Tip-Off Tournament Champion Tufts University placed two players including Tournament MVP Khalilah Ummah (Litchfield, ME/Waynflete School) on the All-Tournament Team, as voted on by the head coaches of the participating teams earlier today.
Ummah, a 6'1" senior forward averaged 17 points a game over the course of the two-day tournament. Ummah also helped the Jumbos on the glass, using her size to pull-down a total of 14 rebounds in a pair of wins.
Joining Ummah on the All-Tournament team was teammate Colleen Hart (Needham, MA/Needham). The freshman point guard made her collegiate debut by scoring 11 points and dishing out three assists in a win over Rhode Island College. She followed that performance with an eight point and six assist outing against Endicott in the tip-off finals.
Endicott also placed two players on the All-Tournament team, led by junior Nicole Duchesne (Plaistow, NH/Central Catholic). The Endicott guard averaged 22.5 points per game over the weekend. Sophomore Ceciley Chisholm (Lexington, MA/Lexington) earned All-Tournament status as she scored 29 points (14.5 average) and corralled 18 rebounds on Friday and Saturday.
Wilkes University and Rhode Island College each had one representative on the All-Tournament team as RIC's Sarah Coughlin (North Attleboro, MA/Bishop Feehan) and Wilkes' Katie Cappelloni (Scranton, PA/Bishop Hannan) each got the nod. Coughlin averaged seven points and four rebounds a game, while Cappelloni averaged 11 points and 5.5 rebounds for Wilkes.
