Professional Aspiration

Foreseeing her future at Endicott College, she strives to achieve success academically, athletically, and socially. She aspires to explore her interests within the business school. She will offset my rigorous academic schedule with daily practices as a member of the Endicott women's basketball team. Beyond the classroom and basketball court, she aspires to immerse herself in clubs and organizations that align with her other passions. She would also like to follow in her siblings’ footsteps and graduate with high honors. She hopes my experience is transformative and continues to foster personal growth. As she did at Amity High School, she hopes to leave a lasting mark on Endicott College’s campus. In addition, she hopes to utilize her knowledge of business to find a job that excites her every day. She also aspires to absorb countless life lessons in order to pursue all my passions. Lastly, she foresees herself continuing to learn, meet new people, better understand other cultures, and continue to see personal growth every day.

Recently completed an internship with Merry Mountain Farm where she digitalized customer and internal business information using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. She also analyzed data to holistically assess the supply chain and adapt to COVID-19 changes. Additionally, she leveraged ongoing sales experience to better estimate demand and adjust farming and inventory management practices. Lastly, she streamlined recruitment and training processes by creating learning materials that establish expectations.

Community Service

She has volunteered for Amity Pop Warner Football and Cheer for many years. She enjoyed working a full day, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, in order to make sure all the young boys' and girls' games run smoothly. She helped with the concession stand by buying the bulk food as well as selling it, helps prepare the grounds, and work behind the scenes creating their ad book. She spent hours typing each cheerleader and football player's name into the ad book and make sure everything is perfect. She also helped organize the banquet at the end of the season. Additionally, The Laugeni Family Foundation, which is a nonprofit charitable organization, established in 2001 in memory of her grandfather, Thomas G. Laugeni, was established to benefit local children's charities and support other charitable endeavors.

Fun Fact

Greg Laugeni, father played Holy Cross College Football (Class of '86) then played for the Kansas City Chiefs.
