BURRILLVILLE, R.I. — The No. 9 nationally ranked Endicott women's ice hockey team defeated Nichols, 5-0, in conference action on Friday night at Levy Rinks.
Samantha Fantasia (Billerica, Mass.) highlighted the Gulls with a pair of goals in the third period (4:25, 10:03).
The Gulls also received tallies from Morgan Sisson (Concord, N.H.), Tara Henshaw (Babylon, N.Y.), and Kaylee Liberty (Arlington Heights, Ill.) in the victory (1st — 18:46 | 3rd — 14:35 | 3rd — 18:23, SH).
In goal, Michaela O'Brien (Pembroke, Mass.) stopped 11 shots to improve to 1-1-0 on the season (19-5-1 career, sixth career shutout).
