BURRILLVILLE, R.I. — The Endicott women's ice hockey team blanked Nichols, 3-0, in conference action on Friday night at Levy Rink.
Emmerson Hayes (Los Angeles, Calif.) and Samantha Fantasia (Billerica, Mass.) started the scoring for the Gulls in the first period (6:56 | 11:52), while Quin Healy (Melrose, Mass.) netted one of her own at the 12:36 mark of the second period.
From there, Endicott's defense continued to put the clamps in the Bison, resulting in a 3-0 shutout.
Meanwhile, Michaela O'Brien (Pembroke, Mass.) stopped 11 shots to improve to 9-4-2 on the season (27-8-3 career, seventh career shutout).
