    BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's ice hockey forward Samantha Fantasia (Billerica, Mass.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Player of the Week for the second straight week, as announced by the league office Monday.

    BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's ice hockey forward Samantha Fantasia (Billerica, Mass.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Player of the Week for the second straight week, as announced by the league office Monday.

    Fantasia scored the overtime game-winner in a 4-3 comeback victory for the Gulls over Western New England on Saturday.

    The junior forward finished +2, earning one plus on the game-tying goal at the 19:32 mark of the third, notched a team-high nine shots, and went 2-for-2 on faceoff opportunities.

    This is Fantasia's first career CCC Player of the Week award.
