BEVERLY, Mass. – The No. 13 Endicott women's ice hockey team defeated No. 7 Plattsburgh State, 3-1, in non-conference action on Saturday evening at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.
Trailing 1-0 halfway through the second, Ava Schmidt (St. Cloud, Minn.) found the equalizer when she snuck a shot into the back of the net from a tough angle at 7:53 for her first goal of the season.
Ella Rago (Westford, Mass.) and the Gulls capitalized on the momentum later in the period, as she blasted home a power play one-timer in the right faceoff circle at 15:32 to make it 2-1 before intermission.
In the third, Cammi Ahern (Oswego, N.Y.) tipped home the all-important insurance goal at 8:07, also on the power play, for her 12th career tally.
Lauren Ferrari (Bridgewater, N.J.) earned the "First Star" in the contest, stopping a career-high 45 shots, including a game-high 16 in the second period.

- First top-10 win since October 27, 2023, against No. 10 Norwich, 1-0.
- The Gulls are 3-1-0 all-time against Plattsburgh State.
