Ferrari Receives CNE Goalie of the Week
BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott women's ice hockey goalie Lauren Ferrari (Bridgewater, N.J.) has been named the Conference of New England (CNE) Goalie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.
Ferrari picked up two wins during Endicott's undefeated week, making 52 saves with two shutouts. This is the second time in her career she has posted shutouts in back-to-back starts.
The Bridgewater, N.J. native started the week on the road versus Wesleyan (Conn.) with 27 saves in a 3-0 win.
She then followed up on Saturday against UNE with 25 saves. After the Gulls took a 2-0 lead in the first period, the sophomore stopped 16 shots across the next two periods to keep the Nor'easters off the scoreboard.
This is Ferrari's sixth career Goalie of the Week selection (12/2/24, 1/27/25, 2/24/25, 11/10/25, and 12/1/25) and third this season.
