    • Women’s Rugby Goes 3-2 At Bryant 7s Tournament

    SMITHFIELD, R.I. — The Endicott club women’s rugby team posted a 3-2 record at the Bryant 7s Tournament on Saturday evening. The Gulls defeated Babson (30-10), UMass Lowell (30-10), and Stonehill (15-5) before falling to Bentley (20-10) and Bryant (35-0).

    SMITHFIELD, R.I. — The Endicott club women's rugby team posted a 3-2 record at the Bryant 7s Tournament on Saturday evening. The Gulls defeated Babson (30-10), UMass Lowell (30-10), and Stonehill (15-5) before falling to Bentley (20-10) and Bryant (35-0).

    Allie Zunick (Danvers, Mass.) led Endicott with five tries, while Gianna D'Aprile (Millis, Mass.) and Emma Rusconi (Guilford, Conn.) both scored four tries apiece. Kelsey Joyce (Wharton, N.J.) also added two tries and Sophia Hatzis (West Roxbury, Mass.) and Nicole McCardle (Castleton, Vt.) had one try each.

    Endicott will compete in the Providence College 7s Tournament on Friday, March 23.
