    CANTON, Mass. — The No. 1 Endicott women's rugby team defeated No. 9 Colby, 52-17, to capture the National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) East Regional Championship on Sunday afternoon at the Irish Cultural Centre.

    Olivia Horton (Swampscott, Mass.) — 1 try
    Laryssa Landmesser (Hudson, N.H.) — 1 try
    Marin Shaffer (Keene, N.H.) — 1 try
    Caitlin Padeck (Easthampton, Mass.) — 6 conversions

    MATCH BALL

    Awarded to captains Chloe Marconi (North Andover, Mass.) and Shaffer for their relentless work ethic in attack and their big defensive tackles.

    No. 1 Endicott (8-0) will play No. 3 East Stroudsburg in the NCR National Semifinals on Saturday, December 6 in Houston, Texas at 11 AM (EST).
