Bio
Crista Alfano '21 M'22 enters her first season as an assistant coach with the Endicott women's rugby program in 2021-22.
Alfano returns to the program after a standout career with the squad as a student-athlete from 2018-21.
During her time as a Gull, the women's rugby program finished third overall at the NSCRO Women's 7s National Championship in 2018-19, won a CCRC and NSCRO Regional Championship in 2019-20, and posted a 44-14-1 overall record.
Alfano also was an Orientation Assistant, Orientation Leader, and a member of several Endicott community involvement projects.
Alfano obtained her Bachelor of Science in hospitality management in 2021 and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. at The Nest.
