The Gulls wrap up the regular season with a 13-5-1 overall record (11-2 TCCC) while the Pilgrims drop to 6-12-1 overall and 3-9-1 in conference play.
The Gulls now set their sights on defending last year's TCCC Championship, this time playing as the number two seed, when they host Curry on Saturday at 1:00 pm in the quarterfinals.
Endicott was first on the board in the closing minutes of the first half before breaking the game open after halftime. Leading scorer \#Colleen Pepin\# (Fairhaven, Mass.) tacked on two goals in the second frame to move her season total to 17.
Senior defender \#Victoria Hunt\# (Cumberland, R.I.) opened the scoring on a penalty kick the 41st minute after sophomore forward \#Vanessa Caruccio\# (Winthrop, Mass.) drew a foul inside the box.
Pepin quickly doubled the lead just over six minutes into the second half. Sophomore defender \#Lauren Todd\# (Newfields, N.H.) played a ball down the right wing to \#Chelsea Garlock\# (Meriden, Conn.), who sent a one-timer towards the center of the box. Pepin directed a right-footed volley into the right corner to put the Gulls up 2-0.
New England College junior Veronica Hytner (St. James, N.Y.) trimmed the lead in half in the 71st minute with a perfect free kick from the right wing that bent just inside the far post. The goal was the seventh of the season for the midfielder.
Endicott responded quickly with a goal less than two minutes later. \#Karyn Plante\# (Sanford, Maine) played a long cross from the right wing towards the far post where her sister, \#Kayla Plante\# (Sanford, Maine), headed the ball into the back of the net.
Pepin struck again in the 77th minute, this time doing the work by herself. The junior forward beat a defender at the top of the box and played a low shot past a charging Erin Palma (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) to increase the lead to 4-1.
Garlock capped the scoring in the 85th minute after receiving a perfectly-timed through ball from freshman forward \#Alexandra Dussi\# (Boxford, Mass.).
\#Natalie Wyrsch\# (Dover, N.H.) made one save for Endicott to pick up her 13th win of the season. Erin Palma made eight stops for the Pilgrims.
Endicott held a huge advantage in shots (33-4) and corner kicks (16-1) and will look to carry the momentum of back-to-back victories into the upcoming TCCC Tournament.
