BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's soccer team suffered a 1-0 loss to the University of New England (UNE) on Saturday afternoon in a Conference of New England (CNE) matchup at Hempstead Stadium.
Prior to the game, seniors Alyssa McColl (Stoughton, Mass.), Chloe Bauman (Southington, Conn), Ella Morgan (Salem, Mass.), Eliza Walker (Marshfield, Mass.), Gabrielle Klindtworth (Guilderland, N.Y.), Hannah Lord (Bedford, N.H.), Madeline Barbieri (Cranston, R.I.), Michelle Donahue (Melrose, Mass.), Samantha Klimas (North Andover, Mass.), Samantha MacCormack (Danvers, Mass.), and Rhiann Dugan (West Boylston, Mass.) were honored for their contributions to the women's soccer program and the Endicott College community.
The Blue and the Green controlled the majority of play, leading the Nor'easters in shots (10-4, 6-3 SOG) and corners (6-1), but were unable to match UNE's 33rd minute strike.
The offense was paced by Lord and Lily Miller (Warwick, R.I.), who each recorded two shots on net.
Samantha MacCormack (Danvers, Mass.) compiled two saves for the Gulls in the setback (2-3-0).
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- The Gulls lead the all-time series 18-15-2.
- This senior class has led the Gulls to a 38-23-14 overall record (.600), a 15-7-10 mark in league play (.625), and one conference championship (2023).
- Donahue, Dugan, and MacCormack played a full 90 minutes.

Endicott (6-7-1, 3-3-0 CNE) travels to Western New England on Wednesday, October 15 for a 3:30 PM CNE matchup with the Golden Bears. UNE (9-3-2, 3-1-1 CNE) welcomes conference foe Suffolk University to its campus on Tuesday, October 14 at 7 PM.
