Connecticut College Downs Women's Tennis, 6-1
NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Endicott women's tenis team lost to Connecticut College, 6-1, on Sunday afternoon at the Conn. College Tennis Courts.
The host Camels were victorious in all three doubles matches as Jillian Friedman (Austin, Texas) and Nadia Uzelac (Waltham, Mass.) fought hard before falling 6-2 at No. 1.
In singles action, Uzelac produced the Gulls only point in a 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 3 singles.
Friedman put up a strong fight at No. 2 singles trying to force a third set before eventually falling 6-3, 7-6.
