ABBY GRIFFITH | FR. | JUMPS
Griffith is the first student-athlete in program history to claim CNE Field Rookie of the Year honors.
She accomplished the feat with a debut campaign for the record books.
At the CNE Championships last weekend, Griffith became the first jumper for the Gulls to medal at a conference championship in their debut showing, let alone complete the feat twice.
Griffith won the triple jump with a school record mark of 35 feet, 2.50 inches, and finished second in the high jump (5-1.50). She concluded her first career CNE Championship with a seventh place finish in the long jump (15-9.25).
Her 2025 outdoor campaign also featured a school record performance in the high jump (5-5.25) at the Snowflake Classic and New England qualifying marks in the triple jump and high jump.
Griffith is the first student-athlete in program history to qualify for New Englands in the triple jump and high jump, and currently ranks fourth in the East Region high jump performance list.
