Mackenzie Kennedy Earns CCC Libero Of The Week Accolades
BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott junior libero Mackenzie Kennedy (Andover, Mass.) has earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Libero of the Week honors, as announced by the league earlier today.
BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott junior libero Mackenzie Kennedy (Andover, Mass.) has earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Libero of the Week honors, as announced by the league earlier today.
Last week for the Gulls, Kennedy averaged 5.89 digs per set in Endicott's 2-1 week. She started the week with a 19 dig performance in the Gulls' 3-1 win over regional power Tufts. She then had a career-high 27 dig performance against a very strong Wheaton program giving her a 9.00 digs per set average in the match. Her 27-dig showing is the second most in a three-set match in Endicott history. She also closed out the week with seven digs in a conference sweep of Nichols. Kennedy also had six assists and a service ace during the week.
