Helenbrook Earns CNE Player of the Week
BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's volleyball junior Hadley Helenbrook (Atlanta, Ga) has been named Conference of New England (CNE) Player of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.
Helenbrook averaged 5.71 kills per set (40 kills, .338 hitting percentage) and 1.71 digs per set (12) in a 2-0 week for the Gulls. The junior also went 40-43 (.930) in the serve receive and added five service aces, three block assists, and two assists.
In a sweep of Clarkson, Helenbrook recorded 16 kills (.400) along with six digs, five service aces, and two block assists. Also went 15-17 in serve receive (.882).
Then in a 3-1 victory over Salve Regina, the Atlanta, Ga. native recorded a season-high 24 putaways with a .298 hitting percentage. Added another six digs, two assists, and a block assist. Was 25-26 (.962) in serve receive.
This is Helenbrook's ninth career CNE weekly honor (9/3/24, 9/9/24, 9/16/24, 10/7/24, 10/14/24, 10/21/24, 11/11/24, 9/2/25) and second this season.
