Women’s Volleyball Stymies Johnson & Wales (R.I.), 3-1
PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The Endicott women's volleyball team defeated Johnson & Wales (R.I.), 3-1, by scores of 25-18, 24-26, 26-24, and 25-23 in Conference of New England (CNE) action on Saturday evening at the Wildcat Center.
Ava Grace Dresback (Pawcatuck, Conn.) posted 14 kills (team-high) and 11 digs to lead the Gulls.
Hadley Helenbrook (Atlanta, Ga.) contributed 13 kills and 14 digs, while Kelsey Sanborn (Londonderry, N.H.) registered nine kills on 24 swings (.333), highlighting the rest of the attack.
Hannah Maguire (San Jose, Calif.) facilitated the offense with 40 assists, alongside eight digs.
Defensively, Abby Downs (Billerica, Mass.) tied for the match-high in digs with 17.

- Endicott is 5-4 all-time against the Wildcats.
- The Gulls broke a three-match losing streak to Johnson & Wales, dating back to 2019.
- Helenbrook recorded her 12th double-double of the season.
