Helenbrook And Maguire Earn AVCA All-Region Honors
2025 Division III ALL-REGION TEAMS
LEXINGTON, Ky. - The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) released the 2025 AVCA Division III All-Region Teams on Wednesday, as Hadley Helenbrook (Atlanta, Ga.) was named to the All-Region II First Team, while Hannah Maguire (San Jose, Calif.) garnered honorable mention selection.

For the second straight season, Helenbrook has received AVCA All-Region First Team accolades in 2025. Helenbrook finished the season with 445 kills and a kills per set mark of 4.20. The Atlanta, Ga. native became the newest member of the 1,000 kill club at Endicott in a five-set victory over Wentworth on Sept. 30. She ranks inside the top 20 across Division III in Points (17th, 510), Total Kills (20th), and Points Per Set (20th, 4.8). Across the conference, Helenbrook ranks first in all the same categories, to go with Kills Per Set. The 2025 AVCA All-Region First Team honor is the second consecutive year the junior has earned the recognition and the third overall time she has been named to an AVCA All-Region team. Helenbrook joins Zoey Gifford (Natick, Mass.), Colleen McAvoy (Coventry, Conn.), and Krystina Schueler (Trumbull, Conn.) in being named to an AVCA All-Region team three times in their careers.

For the second consecutive season, Maguire has been named to the AVCA All-Region Honorable Mention team in 2025. Maguire has been in the middle of the action all season for the Gulls, going over 1,000 assists in a season for the first time in her career with 1,057 (9.88 Assists Per Set). The sophomore finished the season fourth on the team in digs with 267 (2.50 digs per set) and a team-high 59 service aces. The San Jose, Calif. native leads the conference in Assists and Assists Per Set to go with second in Service Aces and Aces Per Set. In eight games this season, Maguire finished with 45 or more assists, including a 53-assist performance versus Wentworth. Nationally, the sophomore setter is 20th in Total Assists, 23rd in Assists Per Set, and 67th in Service Aces.
