2018 Women’s Track & Field Season Preview

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women's track and field team will embark on the first spring invitational of its inaugural season this Saturday at Tufts University when the Gulls compete in the Snowflake Classic at 10 AM. Here's what to expect from the squad this spring.

"We couldn't be more excited to debut at Tufts. While it's just the first race of many, it's a milestone for Endicott to become a part of the NCAA track and field community," said Endicott women's track and field head coach Spencer Lange. "The young women on this team have done such a great job creating the culture of the program both on the track and in the classroom since day one, so we're just excited for the next piece of the puzzle and that's to compete. Despite being such a young team, they are all in a position to lead one another as they continue to create the team culture. The support received throughout the process of creating the program has helped motivate everyone to represent Endicott at both the Regional and National level."

2018 SQUAD (ROSTER): Endicott's roster features 26 student-athletes who hail from eight different states and are enrolled in 13 different majors (one double major). The Gulls roster is comprised of 18 freshmen, three sophomores, three juniors, and two seniors.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR (SCHEDULE): After this weekend's Snowflake Classic meet at Tufts, Endicott will compete in the Regis Spring Classic (4/6), the Penmen Relays (4/14), and the Sean Collier Invitational (4/21) all in preparation for the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) championships on Saturday, April 28. The CCC championships will be hosted by Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island at 10 AM.
