Jason Scott begins his fourth season as part of the Endicott football coaching staff working with the defensive line.  Scott previous assisted the team during the 2010 preseason by coaching the tight ends before joining the staff full time in 2011. 

A native of Preston in the United Kingdon, Scott comes to Endicott with seven years of coaching experience at various universities and professional leagues in England.  In 2004, Scott coached the defensive line for the Loughborough University Aces of the British University American Football League and was appointed head coach during the 2005 season.  Over six seasons at Loughborough, he compiled a 46-6 regular season record with three conference titles and two appearances in the national championship game in 2007 and 2010.  He was named College Coach of the Year in 2006 and while working the running backs during that period, Scott coached Most Valuable Players Craig Flower (2007) and Adam Hope (2010).  Loughborough retired a jersey to honor Scott for his efforts on and off the field in 2011.  

Scott was the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach for the Tamworth Phoenix of the British National American Football League in their inaugural season in 2006.  He helped coach the team to two national finals and promotions in three seasons.  In 2009, the team led the nation in scoring defense and turnovers and led the division in total defense.  Scott was awarded the Founder Members Award for contribution to the team in 2010.  Three linebackers from the Phoenix were named to the National Program.  

Scott also spent time with the Great Britain Lions as the tight ends coach and special teams assistant for nine international fixtures which included victories over France and Sweden.  He was part of the coaching staff that participated in the 2010 EFAF European Championship of American Football in Frankfurt, Germany.  

Scott has a Bachelor Degree in Sports and Exercise Science and a Masters Degree in Sports Coaching from Loughborough University.
