Ozycz listed on USILA Scholar All-America Team
BEVERLY, Mass. – Graduate student Sam Ozycz (Cheshire, Conn.) became the seventh player in Endicott men’s lacrosse history to be named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Scholar All-America Team for his efforts in the classroom during the 2012-13 academic calendar year.

BEVERLY, Mass. – Graduate student Sam Ozycz (Cheshire, Conn.) became the seventh player in Endicott men's lacrosse history to be named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Scholar All-America Team for his efforts in the classroom during the 2012-13 academic calendar year.
Ozycz, a first-time winner of USILA Scholar All-America, was one of 92 student-athletes across NCAA Division I, II, and III and just one of two Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) players to receive the honor. Curry's Joseph Natale (Haverhill, Mass.) was the only other student-athlete from the CCC named.
He joins former Endicott scholars Lucien Bolduc '08, Eddie O'Reilly '09, Nick Cosco '09, Brad Lipkvich '10, Eric Hagarty '10, and Andrew Pochebit '11 who were all named USILA Scholar All-America in their senior years.
As a student in Endicott's Master of Business Administration program, Ozycz has shined with a 3.73 grade point average after graduating with an undergraduate degree in business administration with steady grades.
Ozycz has carried his academic success on to the field where he has been the nation's premiere face-off man, ranking second in the country with a .761 winning percentage (354-of-465) with the best ground ball rate in NCAA DIII with 13.8 scoops per game and 263 total. Ozycz also tallied nine points on eight goals and one assist.
