Five Gulls Claim NCR Scholastic All-America Accolades
BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's rugby student-athletes Katie Davagian (Concord, Mass.), Morgan Fischer (Vernon, Conn.), Laryssa Landmesser (Hudson, N.H.), Tegan O'Donnell (Adamant, Vt.), and Sabrina Rodrigues (Stoughton, Mass.) have earned National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) Scholastic All-America honors.
The NCR Scholastic All-America program annually recognizes student-athletes who excel both on the field and in the classroom.
To qualify, student-athletes must maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher for the academic year and be rostered for at least 50% of the A-side matches during either the Fall 15s or Spring 7s seasons.
Representing roughly one in 20 college rugby players, this group reflects the academic dedication and athletic commitment that define collegiate rugby at its best.
This year's list of honorees includes 473 women and 675 men representing 152 institutions across the country.
